Supplemental Questions
  1. Please submit an essay of approximately 500 words that demonstrates your engagement with your major by describing in detail your work in one or more of your English courses. Your essay may address multiple elements of your work (such as reading, analysis, writing, research), or it may focus on whichever element you have found most stimulating and rewarding. Essays must consist entirely of original work produced by the applicant, claiming nothing as that applicant's original work that has been all or partially generated by AI or copied from the internet, another student, a print resource, or any other source.
  2. Please ask two instructors to submit letters of recommendation. Recommendations from any instructors are welcome, but do consider asking instructors from your English courses.
