1. Must be enrolled in the School of Nursing.
2. Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
3. Present evidence of Mississippi Residency.
4. Meet “disadvantaged student” criteria defined by the National Institutes of Health.
5. Provide a statement of intent to stay and continue their education or practice in Mississippi.
