Justin R. Hunter Endowed Memorial Scholarship

1. Candidates must be a full-time freshman or transfer students at MSU.
2. Candidates must be residents of New Madrid County, MO.
3. Candidates must demonstrate an interest in the MS River, nature, conservation and/or the study for Agriculture/Agriculture Economics by submitting a 400-300 word essay.
4. If there are no qualified candidates, the scholarship will not be awarded for that academic year.
