Thames Scholars Endowed Scholarship

Be full-time entering freshman or continuing student in the Bagley College of Engineering. Have demonstrated academic achievement with a minimum 3.75 high school GPA (on a 4.0 scale) and a minimum 30 CAT (or SAT equivalent) score. Continuing students must have a minimum 3.5 collegiate GPA (on a 4.0 scale) and a minimum 30 ACT (or SAT equivalent) score. Have proven leadership and community involvement. Strong preference will be given to students with an interest in global leadership through a career in engineering. To demonstrate this interest, applicants must submit an essay at the time of application demonstrating their commitment to global leadership through a career in engineering. In addition, strong preference will be given to student spurring the Global Leadership minor in the Bagley College of Engineering.
