Distinguished Young Women Scholarship

Scholarship awarded to entering freshmen who win at the local level of the Mississippi Distinguished Young Women Program. Local program winners are eligible for a one-time award of $1,000. Students must have a 9th-11th grade GPA of 3.0 as computed by MSU and be a Mississippi resident. Students must submit the name and email address of the local chairperson of their county’s Mississippi Distinguished Young Woman Program to verify their program placement. The priority submission date for the Distinguished Young Women Scholarship is December 1, 2024.
