Richard and Virginia Herrick Loyalty Scholarship

1. Entering freshmen enrolled at Mississippi State University as a full-time student in the College of Engineering with minimum 3.0 high school grade point average.
2. Entering community college transfer students with a minimum 3.0 community college grade point average.
3. These candidates must have demonstrated leadership ability/potential.
4. Scholarship recipients may be considered to receive the award for up to 4 years provided they maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
5. Recipients who have changed majors will be able to continue receiving the scholarship.
