College Board National Recognition Program Scholarship Application

The National Recognition Program Scholarship is a competitive scholarship for students who have been recognized by one of the following College Board National Recognition Programs: National African American Recognition Program, National Hispanic Recognition Program, National Indigenous Recognition Program, National Rural and Small-Town Recognition Program, and National First-Generation Recognition Program. To be considered for this scholarship, students must submit the College Board National Recognition Program Scholarship Application by December 1, 2024. Submitting the scholarship application does not guarantee a scholarship award.

  • The National Recognition Program Scholarship is worth approximately $40,000 over four years
  • Non-resident students may also receive a scholarship to cover 100% of the out-of-state portion of tuition
  • The National Recognition Program Scholarship is awarded in lieu of Academic Excellence and Colvard Future Leader Scholarships and cannot be combined with National Merit Scholarships or Presidential Scholarship.
