Candidates for this scholarship must be full-time undergraduate students enrolled at MSU with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Candidates must be of good moral character and have demonstrated leadership ability and financial need. Candidates must be entering freshmen or a returning graduate or undergraduate students who are the single head of household.
