William W. and Nelle D. Elam Endowed Art Scholarship

Candidates must be undergraduate students majoring in Art and be of at least junior status with a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale). Candidates must submit a letter expressing their plans for a career in Art and a portfolio of their work for review. Preference will be given to students that graduated from Starkville High School.
