Justin R. Hunter Memorial Scholarship

1. Candidates must be full-time students at Mississippi State University.
2. First preference will be given to entering freshmen and new transfers. If there are no qualified entering freshmen or new transfers, then continuing students will be considered.
3. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Candidates must be residents of New Madrid County, Missouri.
5. Candidates must demonstrate an interest in the Mississippi River, nature, conservation and/or the study of Agriculture/Agriculture Economics by submitting a 400-600 word essay.
