Congressional Silver Medal Scholarship

This application is for spring 2024 entering freshmen

The Congressional Silver Medal Scholarship is awarded to entering freshmen who are Congressional Silver Medal recipients (https://www.congressionalaward.org/). Students must provide the name and email address of their Congressional Award state representative to verify their status as a Silver Medal recipient. The letter must include the level obtained and the date received.
