Luckyday Summer Scholarship Request

This form will serve as an application for participants in the Luckyday Scholars Program to request summer scholarship support that would lead to early graduation (less than 4 years). In an effort to support timely graduation and a lower cost of attendance for students, the Luckyday Scholars Program is willing to consider supporting summer enrollment. Please note that the Luckyday Scholarship is only to be used for 8 consecutive fall/spring semesters. Any funds used towards a one-time summer semester Luckyday scholarship award will count as one of those 8 semesters. By completing and submitting this form you are acknowledging that you understand you will not be eligible to have more than 8 total semesters of the Luckyday scholarship support from the Luckyday Foundation.

  1. Luckday Scholars Summer Request
    • Are there any extenuating circumstances we should know about that would help us make a decision for summer funding of the Luckyday scholarship?
    • By entering your signature into the box below you acknowledge that you are on track to graduate early and may potentially be awarded a summer semester scholarship of $3,000 for at least half time (6 hours) summer enrollment with verification that taking summer courses at the University will enable you to graduate at least a semester early. Receipt of a summer scholarship shall count toward a student's eight semester total of scholarship support. No student shall receive scholarships of Luckyday funding beyond the eight semester limit should a student not graduate early as planned.
