Mike and Laura McDaniel

Mike and Laura McDaniel reside in Houston, TX. Mike is a 1979 mechanical engineering graduate of Mississippi State University. He currently serves as CEO of Saber Power Services. Mike received the James Worth Bagley College of Engineering Alumnus of the Year in 2015 and the Distinguished Engineering Fellow in 2012.

George O. McDaniel, Jr. Endowed Scholarship Fund was created in memory of his father George O. McDaniel, Jr. This helps provide financial support for mechanical engineering students. The McDaniel’s also created the Laura and Mike McDaniel Annual Scholarship to support students from the Houston area.
